Polite customer notice:
Due to appointments being in high demand, at present time we are requesting a deposit in advance on all bookings. All deposits will be redeemed and included in the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation policy: All deposits will be fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience but as we head into our new normal we have had to change the way we do things.
